Well now that really has turned out a treat, all that planning and hard word has finally paid off, well guys as you can see at longgg last Kirk and I finally have a good quality rendition of the Mattock from Lotb TRO fame. This miniature has taken a couple of years to get to this point, it’s literally been plagued with small little issues from the start so much so the project has been on and off the boil as often as my kettle...
This is just one of five variants that we are planning to have released, When ordering your Mattock the miniature will come as a pre determined variant so when buying your miniature you simply need to select which variant you want, we have also decided to produce this miniature in a hard Resin in a attempt to try and keep the price reasonable and keep it in line with more recently official mecha miniature releases. As you can see from this photo you will be getting a very high quality multi possible games piece that will make all your enemies turn totally green with envy... :D zac

The first micros done make for great power armored troopers with the 'proper' sized 6mm Mattock.

And then a parts update for the options we plan to have available for the Btech scaled Mattock

The 6mm or 1/300th scale Mattock was well worth the wait, fantastic looking detail, optional weapon loadouts per mini and the mini on the whole looks to be a very nice tight fit when it comes to assembly... 8)

I was just guessing based on IWM infantry prices, But I think these are still a bit bigger?

The third side torso along in the middle row is the RAC torso Jeff, we just went with a more realistic sized weapon with a single flash suppressor around all the weapon barrels. 8)

We are still undesided about this as it all depends on how much it will cost to produce the miniature, if we can get the Mattock produced under budget we will include the shoulder buffers as part of the standard miniature, but until then we cant say as they were not originally planned for. :) zac

First off on the shoulder shield arms. It all depends on what our caster says, but I did these for the cool factor. If we cant have these cast, I will have them available on my Shapeways shop.

On the second, I think some folks my be confused on the pics posted. In the above images there are 3 different scales of the Mattock shown. The big one with all the parts is Mango & Twees' best effort we have done to date and I know it will be a great mini.
The smaller blue Mattock next to the tanks is the scale I intend to pursue in the future which is 6mm micro scale and will fit with the ranges offered by GHQ and C&C miniatures.
